The Washington State Department of Health, in partnership with University of Washington, is asking for your help in identifying COVID-19 (Coronavirus) information needs, preferred information channels, information sources and messages for reaching communities at high risk. People at higher risk for COVID-19 include older adults, people with underlying medical conditions, and pregnant people. Additionally, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, and individuals with limited English proficiency, are more likely to experience barriers to information and services.

The survey asks you to give your best guess on COVID-19 information and communication needs for your immediate family members. Anyone with a family member residing in Washington State can answer the questions. Please answer to the best of your knowledge. You may skip questions you do not know the answer to.

We will use the results of this survey to help develop communication strategies for reaching vulnerable populations in our communities with COVID-19 response and recovery information.
