Montana INBRE Graduation Stole Request Form

Graduating soon? Congratulations! Show off your Montana INBRE achievements at your ceremony. Montana INBRE-supported student participants who successfully participated in an official INBRE student research program may request a free MT INBRE graduation stole prior to their graduation ceremony.

Stoles are available on a first-come, first-served basis, pending availability.

Simply fill out the form below and look for a confirmation email.

Students located in / near Bozeman will receive instructions pick up their graduation stole on MSU's campus.
Students located elsewhere in Montana may request to have stoles mailed to them prior to their ceremony date.

Please note that we will make every effort to help you get a stole before your graduation date; however, we may not be able to fulfill requests for stoles received too close to an anticipated ceremony date. For this reason, we recommend requesting your stole as soon as you know with relative certainty that you will graduate during a given semester.

Just want to use your stole for the day and return it? That's great! You are of course welcome to keep their stole as a momento if you wish. Students who plan to discard otherwise-reusable stoles after the ceremony are encouraged to return stoles to the Montana INBRE office, if able. However, stoles that are not in good condition post-ceremony (i.e., damaged, stained, or otherwise unsuitable for reuse) should be discarded. Just let us know your intentions when you fill out the form.

To help Montana INBRE be good stewards of federal funding, the "Mail it to me" option is typically only available to students NOT located in the Bozeman area. Bottom line: if you can make it to MSU's campus to pick it up without much hardship, please select "Pick up on Campus." If you're not located in the Bozeman area and/or getting to MSU's campus would present an unreasonable hardship or imposition, then we're happy to mail it to you.
