Apex Camper Application: Child Information

Dear Caregiver:

Thank you for your application to APEX Summer Camp for summer 2024. We will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis and you will see a brief description of our process below.

Once we receive your application, you will be contacted by a member of the APEX team to schedule a virtual (via HIPAA-compliant Zoom), or in-person screening appointment. Intake appointments will be approximately one hour in duration. Screening appointments will begin in the last week of March.

When your intake appointment is complete, we will aim to notify you within two to three weeks of your child's acceptance decision for camp this summer. Please keep in mind that the APEX program this summer is going to be smaller than last year to support recent programmatic changes we have had to make.

We appreciate your continued patience, flexibility, and understanding as we gear up for new program this summer with the same fun and exciting APEX spirit as always!
