Apex Camper Application: Child Information

Dear Caregiver:

Thank you for your application to APEX Summer Camp for summer 2026. We will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis and you will see a brief description of our process below.

Once we receive your application, you will be contacted by a member of the APEX team to schedule a virtual (via HIPAA-compliant Zoom), or in-person screening appointment. Intake appointments will be approximately one hour in duration.

When your intake appointment is complete, we will aim to notify you within two to three weeks of your child's acceptance decision for camp this summer.

We appreciate your continued patience, flexibility, and understanding as we gear up for new program this summer with the same fun and exciting APEX spirit as always!
