If you receive the below error message in your browser, PLEASE CLOSE YOUR BROWSER AND TRY AGAIN.

This site IS secure but the VA system occasionally flags it.

We have submitted an IT ticket and hope to resolve the issue soon.

If you receive the error repeatedly, TEAMS message the RN Coordinator or email VA-ECHO@va.gov  for assistance.

Effective 1/9/2024, instructions for redirecting FROM  XK7 to EMERGENCY BACK UP: VIREC based MF3 (emergency back up)

1. Add @HIDDEN to the action tags for variable [entry_table_1]

2. Change "required - yes/no" to "NO" for variable ______

3. Change " required - yes/no" to "NO" for variable ______

4. Remove @HIDDEN from the action tages for [emergency_text]

5. Go to survey settings for this tool and enter under upon survey completion redirect to url: https://varedcap.rcp.vaec.va.gov/redcap/surveys/?s=TTTPJLLRCLPTRMF3 and click SAVE

6. Test quickly that it redirects

2. Change "required - yes/no" to "YES" for variable ______

3. Change " required - yes/no" to "YES" for variable ______

4. Add @HIDDEN from the action tags for [emergency_text]

5. Go to survey settings for this tool and deselect the selection under upon survey completion redirect to url: https://varedcap.rcp.vaec.va.gov . . .  MF3  To do this, select the option "survey completion text" (which will be blank) and click SAVE < - important!

6. Test quickly that redirect is off

Some VA-based users are experiencing an error message about site security. If you receive this message after retrying to enter a session, TEAMS message the RN Coordinator or email VA-ECHO@va.gov  for assistance.
